As a not-for-profit organization, their greatest reward is the health of their community. They use internal recognition to inspire and energize employees daily to provide, as well as live, the Norton experience. Every part of Norton Healthcare’s culture is a reflection of their employees. To begin their recognition journey, Norton Healthcare had to know where they were and where they wanted to be. They considered the experienced growth and what they foresaw coming. They knew they needed consistency among all locations. Employee Satisfaction was moving to Employee Engagement and leadership felt they were not getting a return on investment in those disparate programs. They launched a program that was meaningful and impactful to all employees in their organization.
