Before I did the “travel around the world as an online entrepreneur bit” I dreamed of working for the Weather Channel to put my meteorology degree to use. Awesome company, but that ship has sailed for me ;)

Great round up!

Great piece O.C. Pardot sounds like an amazing company to work for. And the employee appreciation ideas they have seem to be well-thought through. I think that the “Freestyling” aspect sounds particularly cool and that by providing that level of freedom and comfort to the employees, this company fosters an even better relationship with its people. Also Jabian’s mentoring and networking activities sound like great ideas and I personally found a great deal of benefit from my company’s own mentoring program. So I think it’s nice to work for a company that can provide you with tools to grow. Awesome work by these companies.
