Below are the top 10 coolest companies to work for in Nashville:

Lee Company

Committed to “creating a workplace where employees can thrive in finding innovative and original solutions”, the HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning), plumbing and home services company excels in customer service and employee growth. The Lee Company prides itself on providing employees with the opportunity to grow within the company. Only office workers will say something crazy like Ingram is a cool place to work. Why is it the turnover rate is so high? I would not recommend anyone I care for to work as a floor associate at ingram
