As O.C. Tanner’s Manager of Global Research and Assessment, Christina Chau has led global focus groups and research projects across 20 countries, and helps clients measure the impact of their global recognition programs. Christina has been with O.C. Tanner for 7 years, and has previously worked in market research for IRI, Memorial Herman Hospital System, and Anheuser-Busch. She has a Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s in Marketing from Northwestern University.
