Liz works with O.C. Tanner to help large enterprises build cultures of wellbeing by showing employees how to adopt healthy behaviors and social connections at work. She is the author of “Surviving Columbine: How Faith Helps Us Heal When Tragedy Strikes” and has earned degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. Liz grew up in Littleton, Colorado and currently lives and works in Salt Lake City, Utah.
